In Groove (and probably other units) we can attach the LED lights to certain functionalities, like signal strenghts.
But there seems to be a non-editable start signal strength. It shows in winbox, but in terminal it doesn’t even show!

Anyway, can the ‘start’ value be set anywhere? And how is ROS deciding on this start value? I have seen values of -40, -55 and this one shows -70!
“modem” threshold is for 3G modem. It’s disabled because groove doesn’t have one, and has no USB.
for wireless LED you can not change the threshold, they are as follows:
LD1602 - on, if wireless client is connected to AP (usually >= -89dBm)
LD1603 - on, if signal strength >= -82dBm
LD1604 - on, if signal strength >= -75dBm
LD1605 - on, if signal strength >= -68dBm
LD1606 - on, if signal strength >= -61dBm
I have an issue with a Groove a2hn and its wireless signal strength LED’s. I get the Ethernet LED.
I have signal strength as follows
TX/RX -27/-26
FRom My understanding I should get all 5 LEDs lighting up. All I get is the first one. When a link is established.
I am running 5.14
If it’s running as an AP, the LED will not work this way. Because AP has many clients, each with a different signal. the 1-5 LEDs work as described only in “station” mode.
