This is what at the hige site 16dbi sector http://www.poynting.co.za/productdisplay.php?id=31&cat_id=3 and at the client 23 dbi grid each site have 100mw radio card hige site 500 series and client 333
the clint is 2.4 km from high site signal at hige site -80 and client -82 what i want to know is this a good signal or not for there will be clients 8km from sector as well
and how can i increse signel strenght

Increase the height of the client would be my guess.
I would have to make an assumtion, based upon the lack of information, that something is infringing upon your freznel.
Based upon the levels and distance I would have to say that just by raising it by 3 - 5 feet should net a big improvement.
What heights are you antennas at?
What is the terrain (trees, buildings, etc.)?
whel it is line of sight when i use panoculers you can see the antenas on the hige site i have tride difrent feq as wel runing on 2.4 in south afica

I would say you have a faulty part or very bad interference.
If you can see (line of sight) at 2.4 kms should be -60 or so.
Are ou sure you have the piggie on the correct connector on your radio card?
what is your noise floor?
Do you have spare parts? Can you start with changeing radio cards, then pigge, then antenna, then coax?
What I do in this situation is use a site-survey kit and scan at each end for the other end (this will tell you what end is faulty)
