signal strength and tx/rx rate

I have just set up a remote site using RB433AH on both ends and rh52 cards. I am using 5260 as the freq. using the tools it is a clear channel.

I have a -52 signal strength on both ends. BUT the TX/RX rate is 54mps 6mps

I need to figure out why the receive is so low on the remote site. with just 6 mb I can’t hook up many clients.

The main site is using 3.30 and the remote site is 4. something.

the floor is about -100 so I have 40+ difference.

WHY is the rate so low on RX?

push some traffic over the link and look at it again. it will save power i think by dropping the rate when its idle - i think : )
