Signing SSL certs with too many days valid may error

Hello,

I observed errors on signing if you sign a certificate with days-valid greater than the days between the signing and jan/18/2038 03:14:07
This was noted on both ROS 6.4x and 7.6

My first 2038 bug!

googling SSL certificate 2038 gives plenty of hits … so no, what you observe is not something entirely new and neither is it specific to RouterOS.
