SIM card is not connecting after reboot

Hello,

I have a new "wAP ax LTE7 kit" which does not reconnect over SIM lte1 after reboot. Disabling/Enabling the interface does not work. While disabling/enabling the interface, I sometimes get a green notification box with the message: "OK lte1" and sometimes a red message: Device does not exist anymore! "lte1". But nevertheless it is not connecting.

I have to take out the SIM card and insert it again to initialize and connect.

My mobile provider is German "O2"

LTE APN Settings:

APN: internet
IP Type: auto
Use Peer DNS: enabled
Use Network APN: disabled
Add default route: enabled
Default route distance: 2
IPv6 interface: none
Authentication: none
Passthrough: none

MikroTik RouterOS 7.20.8
I have upgraded LTE Firmware.

In Addition:

Before upgrading the LTE firmware I even had the problem that my connection always got cut off after about 60 seconds. The SIM led switched off. But this problem was solved by the upgrade.

Why not update to the latest firmware 7.24?

Yes, Either the Current Stable 7.24 or the Current Longterm 7.21.5 version.

Updated to 7.24 but has not solved the issue.

Try to add film to increase thickness... And test 7.24.1 .....

Updating to 7.24.1 doesn't help either.
The changlogs don't even mention anything towards the lte functions.

And the idea of adding a film under the sim, which in my opinion is a design flaw, was also mentioned by the Mikrotik team but didn't work either.

The APN settings can be read in my initial post. I have searched the internet and got to these settings. I anything should be set different, I'd appreciate the information.

How to "check modem initialization"? The logs don't tell much info.
