Simle QOS dont worked

Hello! Model CCR 2004, OS version 7.20.1, fasttrack is disabled. Simple queues are not working. I specify my VLANs in the target. I also tried specifying specific IP addresses. It used to work, but I don't know when it stopped.

Could you please advise what this could be?

Solved. Setting targets in the parent interface or bridge queue doesn't work. Setting the subnet works.
