hello,

i configure simple qos on separate interface on my mikrotik RouterBOARD 3011UiAS. but didn’t work. if i configure on my internal LAN it is work, what is the problem?

Interface HTB apply before outgoing interface. So, you must config that on LAN to work on users download.
