simple question

Hello all. My question is about the time setting while queuing. There is an option to set TIME under SIMPLE QUEUE, GENERAL. If I enable a time schedule for a client, does it disable access during this time period, or give them unlimited access?

I did and it was written for 2.9, unless you know of a link that has info pertaining to time.
