Simple Queue Help Needed

Hello Every one

I am new to Mikrotik and i am Configuring Simple Queue on CCR1036-12G-4S

I have 2 customer one is assign bandwidth of 16/16 Mbps and second user is assign 60/60 Mbps using simple Queue

The problem though is on both the user i have packet loss alot, I am attaching ScreenShot, i change the queue type , ethernet, ethernet-Default i even create a special Queue type of red
but still i see packet loss, Please check the attached screen shot and let me know if any body can help

  1. Why don’t you use PCQ queue types?
  2. What is the total bandwidth for the network?
  3. If we are talking about QoS, please show priorities for both simple queues.

I have Different Client and Based on their Requirement i assign Bandwidth using Simple Queue
