Newbie needs help! I am trying to limit a user (172.31.0.4) on P2P bandwidth only and have full bandwidth for surfing - can anyone help me with that?
/queue simple

Hello all, im new Mikrotik user,
i have aquestion about the simple queue. when i access the router from webbox … i go to SimpleQueues
now 1- Name : it is the name for the queue its optional and up to me.
2- out-Limit :256k ( what is that mean ?!!) it is the limit for download or upload
3-in-limit : 1M also what does this mean ??
4-Target-IP : i dont know what IP i put here ( i want to apply this queue to anybody conecting to my router.
5-interface : what i should choose from the list .
