Simple Queue & Interface

We ar using mikrotik v 2.9.42 only for bandwidth manage. But the sum of queues, total bandwidth using rate is 6.3/4.3 Mbps. But in interface it shows 8.0/5.3 Mbps. Question is where it has gone (interface-sum of queues) 8.0-5.3 =1.7 Mbps ???

there is no extra services & routing (BGP, Rip,static) is absent here. i just have have some forward and drop rules in filters like others.

Put it at the first position and you will see exact numbers, but all other your queues will stop working.

Idea is simple - if traffic is captured by one queue it will NOT get to the next one.
