Simple Queue not working unless torch is running

Hi guys,

I am running a hap ac Lite with firmware 6.45.3
I notice that the simple queue rules I have put in place are ignored unless I go and run torch on the Bridge-Local interface to see which internal IP is gobbling up the bandwidth. As soon as I run torch on that interface, I can see the simple queues turning red and they abide by the download Max limits set, but as soon as I stop running torch then the queues rules are ignored and each internal IP can use whatever it likes (ignoring the simple queue rules).
Anyone else found this?

I’ll post relevant config if anyone needs it, but all is working fine - no errors that I’m aware of, only this niggle with simple queues.

Try disabling the fast-track firewall rules.
