We are using a simple Queue where only a few users are restricted on RB600. The Queue is setup using the customers static IP for Target Address, this was the easiest way so we didn’t have to use a full subnet. Upload and Download limits are set. No traffic shows up on the Queue and when they are browsing their Tx and Rx go above the restricted amount.
more information please, are u sure if u put the correct IP address to the rule? please check that,
is it a bridge or a router?
if a bridge, did you enable firewall for bridge?
I think we figured it out. Apparently their was queues for an entire subnet and individual queues so I think they were cancelling each other out anyway we deleted the subnet queue and left the individuals and it works.
