Hi, I just bought a mikrotik license level 4 just few days ago, but
the problem is the simple queue doesn’t seem to work properly, the tx
and rx are not correct.
The mikrotik version is 3.14, i’ve look on the forum advising to
change the queue type from default-small to default but still not
helping.
These are the queues :

sorry if it’s confusing, i mean the tx rx count is wrong. For example on the interface page, you can see that the bandwidth usage is about 500kbps, but on the simple queue it’s only about 10kbps.
Check the ‘Total Statistics’ Total Avg Rate for the queue and see if the data rate is correct there.
I hope this gets looked at and fixed soon or I may have to turn to a different bandwidth management system. Too many phone calls about poor performance only to find the problem was 5-6 customers not being throttled properly and eating up my bandwidth.
