Simple Queue problem

Hello guys,

Firstly sorry if I am making a new topic in wrong section.

I have a problem with limiting bandwidth in 6.29 version / at simple queues. I own a cyber cafe with up to 30 computers, and everything is configured exactly as it used to be at older mikrotik router(which it used to limit bandwidth for every computer). It worked perfectly…now I bought a new Mikrotik RB 941 and I configured it as before, but it won’t limit bandwidth at my LAN. I don’t know where is the problem because I am new at Mikrotik routers. I already limited bandwidth in simple queues for every computer at my LAN, but the network keeps going unlimited to 20Mbit when I test it to speedtest..

Hello,

Edit your simple queue, go to Advanced tab and configure Target Upload and Target Download as in General Tab.

Don’t you have fasttrack enabled, do you?

Thank you very much jarda, it worked after I disabled it. It was enabled by default, I didn’t touch anything.
