I have CCR1016 with ROS 6.12. I configured one VRF and placed an interface with a network in it. Then I created simple queue to shape an ip address in VRF. But I did not configure any firewall mangle to match traffic with target address and did not configure any packet mark in queue settings. So, router shapes traffic in VRF. But is it normal that one simple queue will match and shape traffic with target address in every routing table?
