I have 2 customers on the same network who wish to take a ride on our wireless backbone, but I want to limit the talk between these 2 peers. To get to each other they will need to pass through a MT wireless bridge. I was told we could use queues to limit their connection to say 3Mbit.
Both of them will be using the internet and we don’t want to limit any of that traffic with the MT as we have another router that handles that.
Both of these clients are under the same router and the MT wireless bridge is also under that router with a private IP 10.1.1.10 for example.
Both clients have a public IP address, for example 140.140.140.141 and 142
So I need a queue that would limit talk both ways between 141 and 142. How would I accomplish this? I am new to MT and have just started to learn via Winbox.
Is this a simple queue or is it something more complex?
