I have old config for my os v6.49
mark connection with address list
mark packet this connection
and simple que have mark packet to limit ip in address list
After update my os to v 7.13 last stable the Simple Queues Rule Not Limit Packet
i have no idea about what happened i tired from try
note : if i remove address list from mark connection the simole que rule work fine
packet and que is loading bytes but not do any limit
