Simple Routing with HOTSPOT

I have an problem.
Mikrotik:
192.168.1.1/24 - Eth 0
192.168.2.1/24 - Eth 0
192.168.101.1/30 - Eth 1
192.168.254.1/29 - Eth 2 (Modem ADSL)
Using IP > Hotspot to authenticate user.

PC 192.168.1.2 can’t ping to 192.168.2.2 without login. But can ping each other if each PC login to hotspot first.
What should I do to make PC 192.168.1.2 can ping to 192.168.2.2 without login.

Two of this PC can access web server without Login (I use mangle).
