I work for a State DOT which uses what we call “Intelligent Transportation Devices” i.e. road temp sensors, weather sensors and highway cameras. Most of our devices are connected to our state network via cell modems and have an ip address. Instead of using the auto find feature of The Dude, I was wondering if we could use all of the other functionality of the software but provide the software with only the ip addresses we want to monitor?
We currently don’t have the software, we’re simply just checking to see if The Dude would allow us to specify which ip addresses to monitor as opposed to having it find everything then monitor everything.
