Is there a tool where I can simulate an ISP provider? for example, mark the GPS which will be my tower and where are my customers. I need a map to show me the distance of each link.

Absolutely sufficient when it comes to bare distances.
For getting elevation profiles into the game, ubnt has quite a nice tool online - but obviously only calculating their own gear.

I would tell you - but - it has some bugs as indicated below:
- lack of sleep
- never does exactly what you expected
- constantly needs upgrading
- consumes all resources
- requires many people to operate
- forces you to constantly deal with lots of BS
- the simulation requires doubling all hardware & software & co-locations every few months to every few years
So yes - I know of lots of simulation software but I would not recommend it unless you are very serious

search for Radio Mobile. I have used it, takes some effort to install.. ie making directories. etc manually.
They have guides on the website to do this. Its free too! Right in my budget.
Take a look at the WiND Project. https://github.com/wind-project/wind
It allows you to add nodes to a map and add links between them among other things (ie IP address & DNS allocation).
It will calculate the distance, free space loss, LOS and fresnel zone graphs using NASA’s SRTM data.
