Simultaneous Session limit reached

Hi all,
We are using Mikrotik Router Board on our network but we keep on getting the following errors:
Simultaneous Session limit reached
RADIUS accounting request not sent: no response and
Session timeout

Please any help?

Hello, what is your UserManager version?
