SIP calling issue on RB750Upr2

Dear all,

Currently I am using RB750Upr2. I have issue on sip calling. I hear only one side. My sip server is hosted outside, and my sip client is calling via RB750Upr2 by using NAT.
If i use other router or firewall such fortigate, tp-link, cisco linksys, the call is working fine for both side.
Do you have any advice to fix this issue?

Try without!

I have checked in the firewall rule and it show that I did not use it. So do you have any more ideas on this issue?

IP > Firewall > Service Ports > Disable SIP helper.

Hi,

Goto ip → firewall → connections and check if the dst address and reply dst address are the same om the connections to the sip server

Dst Address and Reply Dst Address are the same.

My network infrastructure is like this:
SIP Client ==> Mikrotik Router ==> SIP Server (Internet)
