SIP-Helper does ist work?

Hi,

I’ve 2 customers hanging on the same AP. Both use the same
VOIP Provider (sipgate.de). They can phone and talk to
everybody but not between them. The Clients can ping
each other.

Clients are RB411 with 3.7 with NAT. Firewall rule block only access
to the Client itself from unknown addresses. Clients
can ping each other. SipHelper is enabled.

Any hints??

Disable the SIP helper and ensure the customer and VoIP provider are using some sort of NAT keepalive scheme.
