Hey guys,
here is the problem:
We have the device, that connected to LAN via Mikrotik 951G. That device working as mini-PBX (just a software,that works like PBX). IP of device: 192.168.1.253,and,as you see,the network is 192.168.1.0/24. We need to provide the 2mbit channel for that device,even if users trying to suck all the speed from Lan.
Here what I tried: I marked the packets from and to server, and make simple queues,gave them max priority, limit-at i picked 2mbit, and max-limit is 19mbit (maximum power of channel from ISP).
Now, when I’m overloading the network Device showing me 19mbit anyway, I know it should work with max-limit 19,but I tried to change it for 2mbit. SPeedtest shows me 19mbit anyway.
What am I doing wrong?
