Site to site VPN SSTP

I have a problem with routing between two site VPN sstp,
the site A Lan 192.168.5.0/24 and site B 192.168.0.0/24 the VPN is connected between two site, the ping from Lan of site A to Lan of site B is OK, but from Lan of site B to Lan of A can’t ping only 192.168.5.1 can ping
