i have a network with 4wan load balancing with the help of mikrotik.

when i want to open Cpnal of a web hosting a message apear that it i am trying to access this website form many ips that is not allow. so i wan to skip that web site from my mikrotik loadblancing so that i access him form one lan

Either make “accept” rules to that IP and move them above the PCC rules, or use src-address as the classifier.
