Hi, I was hoping somebody could help me out with this. I have tried following as many guides as I can find but I can’t get it to work.
The setup I want is: wall port to Draytek Vigor 120, Draytek Vigor 120 to Mikrotik (port 1), Mikrotik (port 2) to PC.
I have obtained my Sky credentials from wire shark and I have converted them to Hex. I have added the PPPoE client and dhcp client with option 61 added. I have tried a few different tutorials for this but in every case, the dsl does not synchronise on the Draytek.
If anybody has achieved this, could you please let me know what you did. If you need more information I can of course provide.

Unless they do something there that is completely unknown to me, DSL synchronization is not at all releated to
authentication and PPPoE.
You should be able to get synchronization on any DSL link I think, even when you do not know the link protocol
and authentication. I would first worry about getting synchronization, maybe using local Draytek support who
usually have parameter settings on their site. Once you obtain synchronization you can proceed to the next step.

I was under the impression that the router needs to send a dhcp request with option 61 for authentication.
I will look into this on some Draytek sites and hopefully make some progress.

I forgot to mention in the original post that I am using command line only as I am wanting to learn this for my job.
