I have Internet connection 300/25 and RB4011. When fasttrack is switched on, all is OK - connection speed on speedtest.net is over 300/25. I wanted to try simple queues, so I have to switch off fasttrack. I disable fasttrack rule in the firewall, and disable „Allow Fast Path” and „Route Cache” in the IP/Settings. After that, speedtest shows connection speed 120/16. CPU utilization 2 - 4 %.
When I enable fasttrack rule and switch on „Allow Fast Path” and „Route Cache”, connection speed returns to 300/25. Where can be a problem?
I suspect more inefficiencies in your config.

Of course that was my mistake.
When I started browsing the exported configuration, I found the queue tree configuration I was doing when I had an old 120M / 16M link and pcq download rate was 120M, pcq upload rate 16M. When fasttrack was turned on, the queue tree was not working and I had full 300M / 25M speed on my new link. When I turned off fasttrack everything started to work properly as per the configuration - the queue tree limited my speed to 120M / 16M. After changing pcq to 300M / 25M I have full link speed with fasttrack turned off.
It seems that it is faster to find the error in the exported configuration in a plain text file than by clicking the boxes in windows ;-).
