I have recently set up mikrotik. I have connected 4 mbit of bandwidth to mikrotik wan side. But I am facing problem of slow connectivity when a user is connected to mikrotik lan side through a switch in between. If a user connects to mikrotik directly through lan interface he gets full 4 mbit bandwidth. Also if he connects to huewei router (bypassing mikrotik) he gets full 4 mbit. But when he connects to the switch where my wireless access points and fiber is also connected his speed comes down drastically. I tried setting up simple queue with 4 mbit max download/upload but no luck. I am trying to figure out the issue but no luck so far.
