is your laptop connected to the RB750?

test by connecting to ISP modem using a network cable.
then connecting to LAN port of RB750.
make sure the laptop is the only device that is using the Internet.
is the RB750 connection is slower?

when i connect my laptop to isp direct it’s work great …
when i connect cable from isp to RB750 and connect my laptop to wan router it’s work for maybe 30 minutes or less great then it’s slow i cant even open any website just google …
when i disconnect the cable from ISP to RB750 when my connection slow and reconnect to isp direct my connection still slow until i reboot the isp router :frowning:
there is something very strange here :frowning: :frowning:
now im connected via ISP to write the replay … because i can’t open the forum from RB750 connection

Did you somehow manage to get yourself into the Torrent-connection address list?

when the RB750 is slow.

can you ping 8.8.8.8 ? if not, do a trace route, where did it time-out?
your ping to the RB750 is normal? <1ms
ping from RB750 to ISP modem is normal? 1ms

what’s the CPU usage? Tools → Profile

disable all your firewall rule and try again. does it make any difference?

remove your torrent related firewall rules, they don’t work.
if you don’t use hotspot, remove them
disable PPPoE server when you test.

if still having problem. I would make a backup file, keep it on the laptop, reset-configuration, start configure the RB750 so it is just a basic router. see if it happens again.

i reset the router still the same problem
i removed torrent rules

check my results :

and this is the speedtest when i disable the pppoe servers : ( connected via hotspot )

after i enabled pppoe servers :

after i enabled pppoe server the internet is dead on both pppoe and hotspot :frowning:

im still having the same issue please help me im losing all my client’s :frowning:

when the internet become slow in mikrotik i turn the mikrotik router off then i reconnect direct to ISP and i also got the same issue until i reboot the router :frowning: i didn’t face this kind of strange problem :frowning:

i reset the router still the same problem
i removed torrent rules

What does that mean? If you firmware or factory reset the router, how could you remove any “torrent rules”. There should not be any. You need to test the router with a perfectly default configuration from a reset back to firmware.

Also, did you recently upgrade the router firmware or make any significant change to the router?
