Slow internet browsing on hotspot

hi
i am using the Mikrotik rb411 + R52 at one end and Rb433 with R52 on 2.4 ghz 40mhz channel width with VN2 protocol on my backend mail link
and getting about throughput of about 12-14Mbps

it is connected to a RB750GL configured as hotspot but the problem is when the load is about 1.5 to 2 Mbps (on hotspot) i even pages like google are not loading

i have tested the back end many times and the link is good

this problem occurs most of the time but some times it’s vary good even with load of 10Mbps

can any one suggest what the problem is??

just noticed a strange thing
i did a torch on Lan interface to my surprise i found extra ips
while taking this screen shot only 2 ips 172.16.0.14 and 172.16.0.254 ware online
but it showed some extra ips that no one in our network is using(there is no chance of any one connecting to this unknowingly as it’s lan network)
