Hello Mikrotik Community,
200mb Spectrum Cable internet is not performing well with this router.
I Reset to factory defaults.
Brand new routerboard hEX RB750Gr3 5-port Ethernet Gigabit Router
Little CPU load
laptop to cable modem 200mbps down
laptop to routerboard to cable modem 75to 80mbps
interfaces all show GB link
am i missing a MTU setting or something?

The router should be able to handle these speeds easily. Can you share your config (/export hide-sensitive file=anythingyoulike)?
Is the cable modem performing NAT as well? Do you get a public or private IP address on the RB? In case of private, does the WAN network segment differ from the LAN segment?

Yes the cable modem is doing NAT and it is a private not public address and yes the WAN subnet is different from the RB LAN subnet.
The configuration is the factory default. Do you still want to see it?
