Slow Local Transfer when using additional AP, only 450KBps.

i have the following setup

RB2011UAS-2HnD is in station bridge mode with wifi and lan ports bridged.
RB951Ui-2HnD is setup as a wireless router, wifi and lan ports 1-4 on bridge, port 5 connected to adsl modem in bridge mode.
tp link AP or 7800n as AP (dhcp server disabled)

Patch Lead -------
wifi link ^^^^^^^

PC -------------RB2011UAS-2HnD ^^^^^^^^^ RB951Ui-2HnD-------------7800n or TPLINK AP ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ notebook

what i am finding is that the performance of a file transfer (SMB) from my PC to my Notebook is very slow, around 115KBps to 400KBps max.

If i hard wire the notebook to a lan port

PC -------------RB2011UAS-2HnD ^^^^^^^^^ RB951Ui-2HnD-------------notebook

i get around 3000-4000KBps transfer rate.

i have tried a 7800n billion and a tp link AP and both provide the same results.

the RB951Ui-2HnD is setup on channel 1 with 20/40Mhz

the 7800n or tplik is setup on channel 11 or 13 with 20Mhz

there are no other wireless networks around either.

anyone have any ideas?

The channel selectivy of 2,4GHZ Wifi isnt good, so use 2,4 for Receiver and Sender is no good idea!

How much ist the distance between the 2nd RB and the TP-Link?

around 10m

If the problem is only happening on wireless with very slow performance, on Windows roll back the driver or upgrade it to the latest version from the manufacturer of the notebook.

when the notebook connects to the 951 directly and not the tplink/7800n, wireless speeds are around 3000KBps.

can you have two AP’s right next to each other, one on channel 1 and the other channel11 and have them not interfere?
