Hotspot manager web interface has been really sluggish over the last few days- is this affecting RADIUS performance?

Anyone? I have run traceroute and pings to it and I’m seeing big latency on the last hop. Also my hotspot users are experiencing problems with RADIUS authentication.
I’m now thinking it would be better to run our own RADIUS server as Latvia is too far away and unreliable…
