Why so unstable and slow ping the internal interface?
This pattern was observed in all of our other router! (We have more than 60 pieces)

This problem is caused by packet flow into RouterOS. That is just how RouterOS
handle data flow. You can try to ping local host “ping 127.0.0.1” and you will see
that ping time is >1ms, but, for example, if you ping your computer`s local host,
then ping should be <1ms.

I suspect that any CPU usage is because you have Winbox with many windows open. Why does the router need to ping anything? DId you not say that it must function as a router?

Рзаве от этого станет лучше?маршрутизатор не может обработать минимальные запросы!
Я могу вообще потушить все порты кроме кроме локального и провести операцию с него,но результат будет тот же - зачем эти сложности?Это надо исправлять!
Если Вы скажете что данное поведение маршрутизатора является правильным и не требует испровлений со стороны производителя - я соберу сейчас все наши маршрутиазторы в коробки и обращусь к официальному представителю для возврата товара,в противном случае верну товар через суд потому что он не отвечает официально заявленым характеристикам.

Please clarify what is the purpose of such test? I suggest you to do actual tests with routing, that will show you actual throughput in PPS and Gbps.
Данное поведение обнаружилось в связи с тем что провайдер стал фиксировать переодические дисконект порта, а мы стали фиксировали хотичную без зависимостей потерю пакетов в момент проведения видеоконференций(не связаные по времени с фиксацией провайдером дисконекта всех наших портов маршуртизатора), а также странный график по порту куда включен MCU сервер.В свою очередь хочу подчеркнуть что все участники конференции подключаюься как по локальной сети, так и через каналы передачи данных L2 так и через ОpenVPN Bridge.
Порт 8 в бридже с ОpenVPN Bridge, а локальные пользователи роутятся.

Хочу также обратить внимание что MCU подключен к маршрутизатору в 8 порт экранированным литым пол метровым пачкормом на пряму.
