Hi all!
I have 3 x CCR36 used as PPPOE concentrators where all base stations are connected using eoip tunnels.
One of these CCR is really slow when authenticating sessions simply because it seems that base stations “see” this concentrator with 10-15 seconds delay.
In this way all session are authenticated by the other 2 concentrators causing overhead on them: these concentrators work with 800+ pppoe sessions while the slowest one only with 250-260.
Tried to replace with a new CCR and reconfigured from scratch. Same result.
Maybe there is something wrong with the configuration (even if i’m pretty sure all the 3 machines are equal)…Is there something i can try to let this CCR answer faster through the tunnels?
