Hi,
i have two mikrotik rotuerboard in WDS

Those are the infos of the established link between two routerboard
The AP has wpa2-aes security and the Adaptive Noise Immunity is activated.
When i try to do BW test, i got only 51mbps between the routerboards

What can i do to optimize the throughput?

Looks like you are using only one chain on one of those devices. Enable the second chain.

and rb951-2n has the worst radio i have tested on mikrotik

works well but

very low tx power and very poor sensitivity

keep that in mind
