Slow transfer speeds when changing routing table via mangle.

First thing to do is read this reference document → http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/using-routeros-to-vlan-your-network/126489/1
Second thing to do is modify ether8 ( change name, take it off bridge, give it an IP address, add to LAN and TRUSTED interface lists)
Then plug laptop into ether8 to access the router use 192.168.77.2 the ipv4 settings on the laptop ethernet card and do all the config safely from there.
( will provide more detail once you answer the below discrepancies/questions )

  1. I do note that you have vlans but have not activated vlan filtering on the bridge.

  2. I also note that you also have the bridge doing something, it gets a pool and an address, member of LAN, a dhcp-server netwrok, but NOT a dhcp server ???
Further in the server network settings its clear you are treating this as an admin network?? Also confusing, you also have a managment network.
What is the difference in your mind???

  3. I note you have ethernet 3-8 disabled on ethernet but then assigned on the bridge, very confusing.

  4. You also have multiple addresses for vlans, also weird and not normally recommended.

  5. Looking at firewall rules like everything else need works, why on earth would server have access to originate traffic to management ???

  6. What is the purpose of the single mangling RULE. IN other words you need to discuss the intentions of the two ISP connections more fully.
Are they supposed to basically provide internet equally to all users, OR one is primary and one is used only as backup etc…
