I’m having problems with my WiFi speed on hAP AC³. Both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. I’ve already changed channels and frequencies in various ways, but it’s still slow. The equipment is new, I’m setting it up from scratch. Can anybody help me?

Mikrotik isn`t known to have the fastest Wireless-Network
If “Speed” on a single Devices is important to you, the quick and easy Solution is to upgrade to RouterOS 7.1.1
On the hAP ac³, it is possible to install the WifiWave2 -Package, that offers a new wireless driver, supporting 802.11ac Wave 2 features
It will instanly provide you with ~20 - 30% Speed increase.
