Slowing down users

Hello

I have a database that has users data usage in it.

When user goes over 2 gig I want to limit speed to 64k

Can a use plink or something to connect to routeros & place or remove a simple que?

yes, but you could do this easier - by using radius or user manager

My whole setup run’s via a linux box and counts data based on IP
I also have a nice gui for my customers.
All data is save to sqldb

If I could start over I would use radius.

Could you give me a hint about the plink thing?
