Smart Ups don't want to work

Hello, everybody!

I have a Smart Ups 2200RM. If i set off-line-time - 0m my PC immediately shutdown. From official documentation it says

The default is set to 0. In this case, the router will wait until the UPS reports that the battery power is below 10%. The number setting should be followed by “h” for hours, “m” for minutes, and “s” for seconds.

It’s a bug or i understand something wrong???

that manual is 7 years old, there is 5 major versions of ROS after the 2.5 %)
