SMB and cyrillic symbols

Hello, I was setting up smb share on Mikrotik rb951g-2hnd. External HDD is plugged to USB port, filesystem is ext3. I copied some files contains cyrillic symbols in names from Windows PC. From another Windows PC I see this files correctly. From Linux PC and Android (application AndSMB) file names are broken. In AndSMB I tried choose any charsets: UTF-8, Windows 1250, Windows 1251.. but nothing change. Mikrotik SMB settings is very limited, and I can’t change anything to fix this situation. What else can I do?

Do you believe this is a problem related to RouterOS? I don’t think so, because I don’t think ROS changes the characters of the files. It must be related to the operating system from where you are trying to view the files, they might not support Cyrillic characters.
To test it, try to browse the same files stored on the windows machine, and not on the smb share of router, and look if anything is different.

I used this external HDD (with NTFS filesystem, not ext3) with another router (Asus RT-N66U) earlier. And all files and folders, contained cyrillic symbols properly looked via SMB on Windows and Linux PC’s. But Mikrotik doesn’t support NTFS, so I think maybe it has locale or charset settings for SMB on Mikrotik
