SMB packets coming on unused IPs

Hello

i’m tourch my traffic on the WAN interface of my router and i see many packets coming on SMB ports from out side , yes its small packets but its should be not seen on unsed IPs .

can any one explain this pls

do i need to block port scanner to stop that traffic ?
