SMS send failed: std failure: failed(6)

Hello, I have a setup with a mini-pcie to usb using sierra wireless mc7700 for lte module. It is detected as an LTE interface and at first I was able to send one sms to test its capabilities however after that I was not able to send additional sms and according to logs it says:

sms send failed: std failure: failed (6)

I tried searching online for my similar case but I can’t find any.

My router is RB750Gr3
firmware is 7.5 stable version
firmware for mc7700 is SWI9200X_03.05.21.01ap

any idea on how to proceed?

Hey folks! I have the same issue running on ROS 7.9 on HAP (RB951Ui-2nD)
Unable to sent or see SMS messages… Any Ideas how to get it work?
I am using mini pci Sierra wireless MC7354 card via usb.
