CRS 317 ver 7.1.1 started giving error snmp timeout while waiting for program xxxx. Winbox didnt showed any thing. No files to be seen. Rebooted the router still nothing seen in winbox, same with telnet. /int pr command stuck. Somehow managed to upload new version 7.1.3 upgraded it but issue didnt resolved. I’d to replace it with huawei at 1am in the night. Today I brought back the switch to office unable to open it with mac address. Then I reset the switch and now it seems ok. Couldnt generate support file. JFYI for mikrotik support
