SNMP Trap for Link change in LAG

Hi, we have set up a LAG (“Bonding”) with ETH2 and ETH3.
We want a simple SNMP-Trap notifcation if either ETH2 or ETH3 goes down.

Where can we enable this functionality within ROS?
