hello all,
when i right click and do an snmpwalk in a router using MT 2.8.xx i get results..
but when i try to use snmp data in a link, it does not give me the interfaces..
is it a bug or i do something wrong ?
It would be very helpful in solving these problems if we could get SNMP access to such devices. Or at least get ethereal capture file with captured SNMP walk.
its very difficult to get snmp access, except if you come to Thessaloniki, Greece and connect to our wireless network.. 
but i could provide you an ethereal capture…
btw, 3 years ago i first got my MT licence…
right now, the whole wireless network in my city is MT based 
please email the ethereal capture file with captured snmp walk from device that does not show proper links in dude to support@mikrotik.com
i can confirm that dude b17 does not show snmp details for router 2.8xx. With 2.9 router if shows the details.
Lewis, can you explain how have you achieved showing the details of bandwidth usage per links.
