SNTP client server-not-synchronized

RouterOS Beginner Basics

Hi all.
I have a problem with synchronizing time.

I have configured timezone in Clock configuration tab.
And configured SNTP client. I put Primary and Secondary NTP Servers.

But I it doesn’t synchronize.
It displays me the next:
Active Server 77.87.152.2
Last Bad Packet From 77.87.152.2
Last Bad Packet Reason server-not-synchronized

77.87.152.2 it’s not a either Primary or Secondary NTP Server, it’s some IP of my Internet Provider.

I have not changed anything except this Since I bougth 951g-2hnd.

Please help.

RouterOS Level 4 the last update version.

I have this to with RouterOs 6.11 and send this issue to Mikrotik.
The advice me to use other ntp servers like pool.ntp.org witout a solution.

Is there another solution?
I need time +/- correct. Because I want to add a script which will turn off wi-fi module for the night.
And I read that time strays if it is set manually after device rebooting.

I noticed that Last Bad Packet From 77.87.152.2 which is DNS of my Provider.
But I think there should be at least IP of NTP Server.
Maybe something wrong with my DNS configuration or Firewall or something else.
But internet works fine.

I am beginner.
Please help.

If you can surf on internet must ntp works.

I think is bug in RouterOs.

Have you the latest RouterOs version 6.11 ?

Yes this is normal with this update version 6. .. don’t work automatisch

You shal update manuale drag en drop the 6.11 files into the windows “files”

I have resolved my problem.
I set Address Acquisition to static and put all config include DNS servers by hands and it works perfect.
