So bad signal is better than a good signal

Yes i know is a stupid one but then help me make sense of it
our AP being running nearly a year now with same SSID and same channel
but our noise floor is sitting at between -74 and -85 with all clients up and running with good speeds

now I am tying to improve it and by reading in this forum it is better to use different channels as when i change it to say channel 13 , 6 , 1 then my noise floor goes to -100 witch is better and all the clients signals go higher or even sum double up like the SIGNAL TO NOISE witch is normally at from - 10 to 5
goes up to about 5 to 30

now if i keep it like that then sum of my clients can’t link or they say the speed is now terrible and as soon as i chance it all back to the same channel 13 then all goes well again and they all can link again with good speed

OK one problem sum clients are using TPlink wireless cards with a 13dbi flat panel antenna’s and sum using Acconet outdoor AP/bridge with integrated antennas

as i know each one uses different setups for their AP well i had to take over with what i got to use at least is stable as is

well thanks for any help if there is as we can just keep on learning with Mikrotik
